Our Triage Service

Due to continuous high demand on our service we are not able to provide immediate advice. When you contact us, details of your enquiry will be taken and will be assessed by our triage service. You will then receive a call back within a few days with your next steps. 

Next Steps

After your assessment, you might be contacted for an additional appointment with an adviser. Due to limited availability, appointments aren't guaranteed, and you may receive advice via email instead.

In some circumstances we may be unable to provide you with advice, in this instance we may signpost you to more appropriate organisations. 

Looking for a third party referral?

Musselburgh Citizens advice Bureau may be able to provide referrals to organisations such as; East Lothian Council, East Lothian Foodbank, Changeworks and  more. 

If you are are looking for a referral please contact the number below and leave a voicemail. We aim to respond to all voicemails within 5 working days.
