If you want to raise concerns about your NHS treatment or have comments or feedback that could benefit others with their NHS treatment contact the Citizens Advice Scotland Patient Advice & Support Service. 

Their trained advisers can support anyone who has used an NHS Scotland service to understand their rights and responsibilities as a patient, raise concerns, give feedback, or make a complaint. 

Eastspace is a online space which provides a range of information on resources for mental health and wellbeing in East Lothian.

Most NHS treatment is free but there are some things you might be charged for. If you are on a low income or on benefits you may be entitled to free treatment or a refund.

Well Being Hub

Drop in to the ELCH Wellbeing Hub where our Adviser can be found most Wednesday’s between 12-2pm.

The Hub is located in the entrance foyer of East Lothian Community Hospital.
